The proposed design of this new office is based on the motifs of the surrounding neighbourhood. This concept is illustrated through the incorporation of contrasts in levels as well as patterns found on and within the building. Both the nearby roof lines and the building's sawtooth roof have been incorporated into the design. The central ramp mimics a common park terrain and features impromptu benching along the route. Just as neighbourhoods are grouped together, This office aims to bring both its clients and employees within a setting that feels familiar and celebrates the surrounding neighbourhood’s topography.
